With over 30 years law enforcement experience, 20 of which, as a "Scotland Yard Detective" and as an "Accredited Financial Investigator" on the Metropolitan Police's Murder Squad, Fraud Squad and International Investigations Unit, I currently provide consultancy services to government & law enforcement agencies as a subject matter expert. I am also available to assist and advise on investigations in particular (but not exclusively) for serious / complex fraud, bribery and corruption.
Recent work includes consulting on the design and leading the implementation (including compliance testing) of business change for the law enforcement uptake of the Crime (Overseas) Production Order capability as well as a commission (as SME on Evidence & Disclosure) looking into reducing the redaction burden for police and CPS concerning case file submissions.
